1. Who is behind this site

In accordance with Article 10 of Spain's Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that myrtus.es is a website owned by:

  • Owner: María Dolores Gálvez Martínez, a self-employed professional trading as "Myrtus".
  • Tax ID (NIF): 48703658P
  • Address: C/ Reina Victoria 18, 30820 Alcantarilla, Murcia (Spain)
  • Email: dev@myrtus.es
  • Activity: custom software development (websites, apps, backends, automation and data systems).

As a natural person, the owner is not registered in the Commercial Register. The activity does not require prior administrative authorisation or membership of a professional body.

2. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of myrtus.es. Browsing the site implies accepting it. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

3. Use of the site

Access is free of charge. You agree to use the site and its content lawfully and in good faith and, in particular, not to:

  • damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the site or the servers hosting it;
  • attempt to access restricted areas, other people's data or systems without authorisation;
  • send bulk messages, unsolicited advertising or unlawful content through the contact form.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, the design, the site's own code, the name "Myrtus" and its logo belong to the owner or are used with their owners' permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without express authorisation, except for personal and private use. The open-source software components used by the site are governed by their own licences.

Case studies may show clients' names, brands or images: these belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. The Jost and Instrument Sans typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

5. Links to other sites

The site may include links to third-party sites, for example to client projects. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies. A link does not mean that we recommend them or are related to whoever runs them, unless we say so.

6. Liability

We take care that the information on the site is correct and up to date, and that the site works without interruptions or errors. Even so, we cannot guarantee this at all times and we are not liable for any damage arising from:

  • interruptions, technical failures or errors on the site, or viruses or programs we could not detect with reasonable security measures;
  • your use of the published information, which is for guidance only and is not a binding offer;
  • use of the site contrary to this legal notice.

7. Personal data and cookies

How we process the data you send us, and which cookies are used (on the public pages, only the functional language cookie if you change the language), is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Applicable law and courts

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Murcia, unless the law establishes a different jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may always go to the courts of your place of residence.

9. Changes

We may update this legal notice when the site or the law change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
